Continuing problems; round 4 resumes

We continue to work to fix server problems. This website is back up, and I am running the bot from my personal server until our host replies to my support ticket. Although the bot is a bit slow, everything should work, and you can continue with round 4.
If you made a game forum post and it was lost, please try again. If you received a game creation message or automated reminder in the past 24 hours, it can be safely ignored.
It looks like it will not be necessary to extend round 4, so do your best to schedule games, and alert your captain or TD of any problems. Thanks to everyone for your understanding.
