Server update

After numerous emails back and forth with our web host, things should basically be back to normal. The bot is held together by duct tape, but it is running from its usual home again.
TeamLeague would not have recovered without the wisdom of jaberwock and smallblackcat, the technical assistance of seberg and fernbap, and the patience of the TDs, captains, and players. Thanks!
